We accept Visa and Mastercard, plus Paypal transfers. All payments are processed through Paypal’s secure servers. A Paypal account is not required to pay by credit card.

Order Turnaround/Shipping Time

Orders paid by Credit Card or Paypal cash transfer are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Charges

Essensory.com ships within the 50 United States for a flat rate of $9.95 per order.

Customers will be notified via email when their order has shipped. Transit time is typically 3-8 days. Delays happen at times, though it is rare. Please allow up to 2 full weeks for your package to arrive after shipment.

Returns

Essensory strives to provide a fresh, eclectic collection of soaps, skin smoothers, scents, candles, apparel and artwork. Each item has been skillfully crafted by independent artisans right here in the USA.

Each order is carefully packed and checked twice to ensure that your products arrive as ordered and in perfect condition. If something has happened to change this, please contact us immediately and we will work with you towards an agreeable solution. We guarantee your satisfaction or we refund the item selling price.

Be sure to open your package and examine your order as soon as it arrives. Please report damaged or missing items within 5 business days of delivery confirmation.

Package not delivered? We ask that you allow a full 2 weeks from the day your order is shipped to report a loss. A replacement order will be shipped promptly after we receive your written statement by email, fax or standard mail that you did not receive your order.
